We can manufacture custom parts without blueprints, working from customer-supplied samples. Additionally, UUP’s compression process applies pressure to de-gas the polyurethane during molding, removing trapped air to ensure higher-quality, consistent parts. This method is also well-suited for ultra-large shapes that exceed extrusion capabilities.
