Transfer Rolls

These support rolls are associated with loop cars. These rolls are 4” to 6” diameter and are not driven. A common practice is to support the entry pass into and or perhaps out of a loop car on rolls spaced 5 or 6 feet apart. Transfer rolls may also be floor rolls, Billy rolls, and Pass line rolls.

Typical Hardness: (90–95 Durometer Shore A)
