- Core Materials: Steel, stainless steel, or aluminum cores, available in solid or tubing construction.
- Precision Machining: Journals and bearing seats manufactured or restored to print for proper fit and smooth tracking.
- Journal & Shaft Services: Shaft replacement, weld repairs, and press services extend the useful life of core assemblies.
- Dynamic Balancing: Rolls are dynamically balanced after machining and covering for vibration-free operation at high speeds.

Urethane Covering
The covering is engineered to provide the grip, cushioning, and durability required to redirect the strip without marking.
- Durometer Range: Custom polyurethane hardness, typically 85–95 Shore A for a balance of traction, wear resistance, and impact absorption.
- Surface Finish: Smooth ground for non-marking performance, or rough-ground finishes for traction in oily/wet environments.
- Grooved Options: Diamond, helix, herringbone, spiral, chevron, checkerboard razor slots, and non-directional crepe profiles to fine-tune grip and oil shedding.
- Performance Properties: High abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and non-marring contact, engineered for repeated strip redirection under heavy loads.
- Bonding & Cure: Grit-blasted cores, primer adhesives, and heat-cured urethane ensure adhesion and prevent delamination.
