Custom Core Design & Fabrication:
Need new table or bed rolls? We engineer custom cores with durable steel or aluminum construction and precision urethane covers for maximum load capacity and longevity. We provide the steel core, insert shafts, supply and install bearings, and apply long-lasting ether-based polyurethane material for superior performance.
Strip and Recover Existing Rolls:
For rolls that have seen better days, our strip and recover service restores their original function without the expense of full replacement. We remove worn covers, inspect cores, install new bearings if required, and apply fresh urethane—extending roller life and optimizing performance.

Urethane Covering

The urethane covering cushions, protects, and supports the strip while resisting abrasion and chemical attack.

Durometer Range: Custom polyurethane hardness, typically 85–95 Shore A for durability and stability.
Surface Finish: Smooth ground finishes for non-marking contact; rough-ground finishes for added traction in oily or wet environments.
Grooved Options: Diamond, helix, herringbone, spiral, chevron, checkerboard razor slots, and crepe profiles available.
Performance Properties: Excellent abrasion resistance, non-marring contact, impact absorption, and chemical resistance.
Bonding & Cure: Covers applied to grit-blasted cores with primer adhesives and heat curing for maximum adhesion.
