  • Durometer Range: Custom polyurethane hardness, typically 85–95 Shore A for durability and shape retention.
  • Surface Finish: Smooth ground for non-marking contact; rough-ground Ra finishes for added grip.
  • Grooved Options: Diamond, helix, herringbone, spiral, chevron, checkerboard razor slots, and crepe profiles available.
  • Performance Properties: Excellent abrasion resistance, non-marring contact, impact absorption, and resistance to oils and cleaners.
  • Bonding & Cure: Grit-blasted cores, primer adhesives, and heat curing ensure strong adhesion and long service life.
